Lumea Glow — Business Site Case Study

The Goal

Lumea Glow is a Registered Nurse-led skin clinic in Gladesville, Sydney. Jess needed a website that feels as calm and personal as her clinic, explains each treatment clearly, and makes it easy for new clients to book a consultation.

Challenges

People need to trust an aesthetics clinic before they book. The site had to show that care is nurse-led, explain four areas of treatment without jargon, and help visitors who are not sure which treatment is right for them, all without feeling pushy.

Solutions

A soft, editorial design with generous imagery and clear typography; treatment pages grouped into four areas of care; a Find My Treatment path for undecided visitors; membership information; and Book Now and call buttons always within reach. Built on WordPress.

The Result

In Jess's words: "Couldn't be happier with the final product!!" She has since come back for more work, which is the outcome we care about most.
