1. Information We Collect
Personal Information
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact us, book a call, or engage our services, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, and payment information processed securely via third-party providers.
Automatically Collected Data
When you visit our website, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent on pages, and date and time of access through analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain our services, communicate with you about projects and inquiries, send service-related notices and updates, improve our website and user experience, process payments and invoicing, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience. These include essential cookies required for core site functionality, and analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics and, if enabled, advertising pixels) that load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Our own privacy-first analytics. To understand which pages and services are useful, we also run our own cookieless analytics. It records page views, the buttons and links you click, approximate time on page and scroll depth, the website or campaign that referred you, your device type and browser, and your approximate location (country, region and city) derived from your IP address by our hosting provider at the moment of the request. We do not store your IP address, we set no cookies or other identifiers on your device, and visitors are counted with an anonymous code that changes every day, so we cannot recognise you on a later day or link this data to you. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which is likewise cookieless.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only with: trusted service providers who assist in operating our website and delivering services (including hosting, analytics, and email platforms), payment processors for secure transaction handling, and legal authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Project-related data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and up to three years after its conclusion, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Our own analytics events are kept for about 13 months and then deleted; after that only daily totals (for example, page views per day) are kept. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized over time.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data:
United States — California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the CCPA grants you the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to request deletion of your personal information; the right to opt out of any sale of personal information (note: we do not sell personal data); and the right to non-discrimination for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
European Union — General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the GDPR, including: the right of access to your personal data, the right to rectification of inaccurate data, the right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. Our legal bases for processing include consent, contractual necessity, and legitimate interests.
United Kingdom — UK GDPR
If you are in the United Kingdom, you have equivalent rights under the UK GDPR as outlined above. Any transfers of personal data outside the UK are conducted with appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
